Beef Hash Recipe
Ingredients
Butter or other fat- 4 tablespoons
Cold roast beef or steak- 2 cups, chopped
Boiled potatoes- 2 to 4 cups, chopped
Salt and pepper- to taste
Beef gravy or hot water- 1 cup
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pan, melt butter and add remaining ingredients to the pan
2.Make sure to heat thoroughly and also keep stirring occasionally and brown hash
SERVING
3.Serve over rice or mix with barbeque sauce
