Beef Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 potatoes, sliced thin | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 2 cups cooked ground beef | ||
| 1 1/2 cups Thin White Sauce | ||
| 1 cup grated cheese Parsley | ||
Directions
Arrange potato slices in a buttered baking dish, add salt and pepper, onions, and meat.
Pour over white sauce, cover with grated cheese, and bake in slow oven (300 F.) for 45 minutes .
Serve in baking dish garnished with fresh parsley.
