 Beef flank steak1 pound
 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick, cut into thin strips.
 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced into "T" shapes
 Onion1 Small, sliced
 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 2 table spoons cold water
 Bamboo shoots1 8 Ounce, sliced
 Water chestnuts1 8 Ounce, sliced
 3 scallions, cut into 1 inch lengths
 1 6-ounce package frozen, defrosted pea pods .
 Peaches1 1 pound, drained

Directions

Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry beef, mushrooms, and onion for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Add vegetables and peaches.
Continue heating until the Vegetables are heated through.
Serve at once with rice.
