Beef Fondue Recipe
Beef Fondue makes the best bet for those weekend get-togethers. Just a handful of ingredients and you are all set to prepare this rich tasting Beef Fondue. Just give this yummy beef brew a try.
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
Sauces
Cooking oil
Directions
Arrange cubes of meat in individual dishes or a large serving dish (line with lettuce leaves, if desired).
Set out 3 to 4 sauces.
Place fondue pot in center of table.
Heat cooking oil to 375° F.or until it browns a cube of bread quickly.
Each guest uses fondue fork to spear meat and then cooks in hot oil until of desired doneness.
Remove to plate and eat with dinner fork (the fondue fork becomes very hot in the oil), dipping into desired sauces.
For an added treat, pass a bowl of chopped salted peanuts along with the sauces.
