Beef Tenderloin Fondue Recipe
The beef ofndue is a cooked fondue prepared with beef tenderloin. Fried in oil and served with a dipping sauce, the beef fondue can be served as a part of the menu at dinner parties.
Ingredients
Cooking oil
2 lbs. beef tenderloin
1 t. salt
Directions
Place metal fondue pot in center of table.
Heat cooking oil to 425° or until a cube of bread browns quickly.
Add salt.
Place in fondue pot over fondue burner.
Cut meat in 1 inch cubes.
Use long handled, two prong fondue forks to spear meat cubes.
Fry the cubes in the hot oil to desired doneness.
Remove to a plate and dip in sauce with a dinner fork.
