Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl,place wine vinegar, garlic-pepper, olive oil, dried peppers, cumin, oregano, salt and sugar, mix well.
2.Add flank/skirt steak. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and chill for 24 hours.

MAKING
3. In a skillet, place steak, seer on medium heat for few minutes, slice the meat.
4. Add green peppers and onion to the skillet, cook for another 1 minute.
5. Heat flour tortilla in a microwave. Transfer to a plate.
6. Place beef-onion mixture, add lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
7. Add guacamole, hot sauce and jalapeno, if desired. Roll the tortilla.

SERVING
8. Serve with your choice of dip.
