Ingredients

 Extra lean ground beef1 Pound (Sausage Meat May Be Substituted For, Half Of The Beef)
 Tomato sauce8 Ounce
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Raisins1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chopped roasted and peeled green chilies3 Tablespoon
 Canned tomato sauce8 Ounce
 Canned mild enchilada sauce10 Ounce
 Canned mild enchilada sauce10 Ounce
 Cheddar cheese2 Ounce, shredded
 Cheddar cheese2 Ounce, shredded

Directions

Brown the beef in a skillet and drain well.
Add the tomato and enchilada sauces and salt.
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, until thickened.
Place some of the meat mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle with chopped onions, raisins, chilies, and cheese.
Roll and place, flap side down, in slow cooker.
Combine the remaining sauces and pour over the rolled tortillas.
Top with cheese.
Cover and cook on low about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through.
Serve at once with a cool beverage and a tossed salad.
