Ingredients

 Cabbage - 1 head, shredded
 Celery - 1 stalk, chopped
 Onions - 3 to 4 Iarge, chopped
 Carrots1 Bunch (100gm), chopped (Soup bones and suet - 3 pounds)
 Okra1 pound, sliced (Soup bones and suet - 3 pounds)
 Green beans1 pound, sliced (Soup bones and suet - 3 pounds)
 Turnips1 pound, chopped (Soup bones and suet - 3 pounds)
 Tomatoes - 3 to 4 pounds, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large kettle and combine all ingredients in it.
2) Cover with water and simmer for about 6-8 hours.
3) Strain the broth and allow it to cool.
4) Skim off fat and refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVING
5) Serve Beef Consommé cold.
