Beef Chow Mein With Bean Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 1 can condensed beef consomme | ||
| Constarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 package frozen Chinese pea pods | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 1/4 pound, thinly sliced | |
| Stalk celery | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Bean sprouts | 1/2 pound | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
In glass casserole, crumble beef and cook on roast (7) for 6 minutes or until no longer pink; stir once during cooking.
Drain.
In glass mixing bowl, combine consomme, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger.
Cook on high (9) for 7 minutes or until mixture thickens; stir twice during cooking.
Pour thickened mixture into cooked beef.
Add all vegetables except bean sprouts.
Cook on reheat (8) for 10 minutes or until hot, mixing in bean sprouts during last 3 minutes.
Drain.
