Beef Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 1 1/2 Pound, diced | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Celery | 3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2 Ige. onions, chopped | ||
| Molasses | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 c. beef bouillon | ||
| Bean sprouts | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Fry beef in oil over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Re- move beef from pan; keep hot.
Add celery, onions, molasses and bouillon to remaining oil in pan.
Bring to a boil; cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add bean sprouts.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Return beef to mixture in skillet.
Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water; stir into beef mixture.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve with rice.
