Ingredients

 Beef1 1/2 Pound, diced
 Oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Celery3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2 Ige. onions, chopped
 Molasses1 Tablespoon
 2 c. beef bouillon
 Bean sprouts2 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Cornstarch3 Tablespoon
 Cooked6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Fry beef in oil over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Re- move beef from pan; keep hot.
Add celery, onions, molasses and bouillon to remaining oil in pan.
Bring to a boil; cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add bean sprouts.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Return beef to mixture in skillet.
Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water; stir into beef mixture.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve with rice.
