Easy Beef Burgundy Recipe

| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bouillon cubes | 3 | |
| Red wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bay leaves | 2 | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 Ige. onions, cut up | ||
| Fresh mushrooms (opt.) | ||
Directions
Brown meat in oil.
Add flour all at once with other ingredients, except mushrooms.
Simmer together for 3 hours.
During last 30 minutes, fresh mushrooms may be added.
Serve over rice.
