 Brie cheese slices/Mild cheese slices8
 Buttered caraway seed bread slices4
 Red cabbage salad1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sour cream2 Tablespoon
 Onion rings4 Tablespoon
 Roast beef slices16 Small
 Hot mustard1 Tablespoon
 Pickle slivers1 Tablespoon

Directions

Arrange cheese on the bread slices, and cover with well-drained Red-Cabbage Salad mixed with a small amount of sour cream.
Cover with onion rings and neat rolls of beef that have been spread lightly with mustard.
Tuck slices of pickles between the rolls.
Makes 4.
Double or triple this amount as needed.
Note: Well-drained commercial or homemade pickled red cabbage may be substituted for Red-Cabbage Salad.
