Directions
Prepare noodles with sauce mix according to label directions.
Brown meat and onion with vinegar.
Stir in soup, milk and seasonings; add noodle mixture.
Turn into 10-inch round baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer.
