Beef And Horseradish Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg 1
1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs 75 mL
1/3 cup minced green onion 75 mL
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 50 mL
2 tbsp horseradish 25 mL
2 tbsp cold water 25 mL
2 tsp Dijon mustard 10 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1/4 tsp pepper 1 mL
1 lb ground beef 500 g
4 English muffins, split and toasted 4
Directions
In large bowl, beat egg lightly; mix in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, horseradish, water, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix in beef; shape into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick.
Grill on greased grill or in grill basket over medium-hot coals or at medium-high setting for 7 minutes.
Turn and grill for 7 to 10 minutes longer or until no longer pink inside.
Serve on English muffins.
