Beef And Dumpling Bake Recipe
The beef and dumpling bake is a casserole bake prepared with cubed round beef steaks. Roasted with onions and flavored with bay leaf worcestershire sauce, onions soup and chicken soup, the beef and dumpling bake is served with a topping of peas and green pepper rings.

| Canned cream of chicken soup | 10 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Canned onion soup | 10 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Frozen peas | 10 Ounce | |
| Green pepper rings | 4 |
Directions
Place steak in 3-quart casserole; cover with onion slices.
Add bay leaf.
Combine soups, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and flour; pour over meat.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove from oven.
Remove bay leaf.
Place peas on top of casserole; place pepper rings in the center.
