Beef And Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope (21/2 oz.) sliced dried beef, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons minced green pepper
1/2 to 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish, if desired
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a 1 1/2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes [REHEAT-6, 7 to 9 minutes]
Stir once during cooking.
