Beef And Biscuit Pie Recipe

Saute the onion, green pepper, celery and beef in the hot oil for 5 to 10 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture and cook until browned, stirring constantly.
Add the milk and carrots and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Spoon into a buttered 9xll-inch baking dish.
Prepare the biscuit dough using the package directions and cut into rounds.
Arrange over the beef mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
