Beef And Bean Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Stewing beef | 1 Pound | |
| Powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Beef Stock | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 14 Ounce | |
| Tomato Paste | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 chopped large cooking apple | ||
| Golden Raisins | 2 Ounce | |
| Cannellini beans | 14 Ounce, drained | |
Directions
Put the onions and oil in a large casserole dish.
Heat on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Stir in the meat and remaining ingredients, except the apple, raisins (sultanas) and beans.
Put a small plate on top of the meat to submerge in the liquid and cover the casserole.
Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes, then on LOW for 45 minutes.
Add the apple, raisins (sultanas) and beans to the casserole and top up with bouillon (stock) if necessary.
Cover and cook on LOW for 15 minutes.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Heat on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Stir in the meat and remaining ingredients, except the apple, raisins (sultanas) and beans.

Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes, then on LOW for 45 minutes.
