Ingredients

 
1.5 lbs bok choy
 
1 clove garlic, chopped
 
1 Tbs olive oil
 
1 tsp sesame oil
 
1 lb NY strip steak (dry aged is great)
 
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
 
1 tsp sesame oil
 
1 Tbs olive oil
 
2 Tbs soy sauce
 
2 Tbs oyster sauce
 
1 1tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Heat 1 Tbs olive oil and 1 tsp sesame oil in wok. Stir fry chopped stems of bok choy, then add leaves
add garlic and stir fry. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth and cover and let steam for 4-6 minutes. Remove bok choy to colandar, add
1 tsp sesame oil and 1 Tbs olive oil and stir fry beef (freeze beef for 1 hour to facilitate slicing, slice thinly against the grain) for 2- 5 mins stir in oyster sauce. Return bok choy to pan, combine chicken broth (1/2 cup) corn
starch and soy sauce and add to pan. Cook, stirring until sauce thickens, 1- 3 mins. Sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds and plate up. Garnish with green onion slices if desired.
