Add 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil.
Brown beef slightly in the wok.
Transfer the beef into a plate and empty the wok.
Add 1 tbsp oil in the wok and throw the tomatoes in.
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the garlic.
Add wine and the soy sauce. Mix and put the cover on.
Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add the beef back into the wok.
