Beef A La King Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 3-oz. pkg. dried beef | ||
| 1 tsp. chopped or 1/2 tsp. dry flaked onion | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste, diced | |
| 1 can condensed chicken-noodle soup | ||
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 can of button mushrooms with liquid | ||
| Hard-boiled eggs | 2 , hardboiled | |
| Pimento | 3 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Parboil beef and break into pieces.
Saute onion and pepper until soft.
Add beef and sauteed mixture to remaining ingredients and cook in large skillet or pot until bubbles form.
May be served in baked patty shells or chinese noodles.
