Beef With Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 pound ground beef round
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash Tabasco
1 can (2 1/2 to 3 ounces) sliced mushrooms and liquid
1/2 cup bouillon
2 cups dairy sour cream
1 can {3 1/2 ounces) French-fried onions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Hot cooked noodles
Directions
Heat butter in the blazer pan over high heat.
Crumble beef into small pieces and saute quickly to brown.
Add salt, Tabasco, mushrooms and liquid and bouillon and bring to a boil.
Place over hot water in pan.
Stir in sour cream, onions and parsley.
Reheat but do not boil.
