Ingredients
2-3 lbs lean stewing beef
1/4 c corn germ oil
2 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 t sea salt
1 t paprika
2 t honey
1 c tomatoes, pureed
1 c water
2 c sauerkraut
1 c yogurt
Directions
Saute meat in oil until brown.
Remove and set aside.
Add onions to skillet, cooking 5-6 minutes until golden.
Return meat to skillet and add garlic, salt, paprika, honey, tomatoes, and water.
Stir.
Cover tightly and simmer slowly for 30 minutes, Add sauerkraut and cook gently until meat is tender, about 2-1/2 hours.
