Beef with Peppers and Snow Peas Recipe

1 In a 12-inch nonstick skillet add the oil and heat.
2 Add in ginger and garlic;saute until golden.
3 Add in the pepper strips, snow peas, mushrooms, and scallions and saute until tender-crisp.
4 Add the steak and cook stirring constantly, until heated through.
5 Stir in the soy sauce and mix well.
5 Serve hot.
