Ingredients

 Vegetable oil2 Teaspoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Green chilli1 , chopped
 500 g/1 lb topside or round steak, sliced
 1 tablespoon green peppercorns in brine, drained and lightly crushed
 Green pepper1 , chopped
 Coriander leaves3 Tablespoon
 1/3 cup/90 mL/3 fl oz coconut milk
 Fish sauce2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Heat oil in a wok over a high heat. Add garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Add beef and peppercorns and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef is browned.
2. Stir in green pepper, coriander, coconut milk and fish sauce and cook for 2 minutes longer.
