Beef With Onion Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef round | 3 Pound, cut into pieces | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 package dehydrated onion soup | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Oil bottom of clay baker.
Add meat.
Spread dehydrated soup evenly on top.
Moisten with water.
Close and bake.
Just before serving, sprinkle generously with minced parsley or chervil.
