| 30 ml / 2 tbsp soya sauce | ||
| 15 g / 1/2 oz butter | ||
| 15 ml / 1 tbsp oil | ||

| 500 g / 18 oz french beans, cut in half | ||
| 125 ml / 4 fl oz water | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Cut the steak in strips and soak in soya sauce.
2) Preheat the browning dish on power for 5 minutes.
MAKING
3) Drizzle butter and oil and add the steak strips.
4) Reheat the browning dish for 2-3 minutes and stir fry onions and french beans.
5) Pour water, cover, and cook for a few7 minutes.
6) Stir fry meat, sprinkle salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve hot with rice.
