|Beef broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Toasted sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|

In oblong baking dish, heat oil 2 minutes.
Stir in beef, garlic and ginger; heat 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring twice.
Add broccoli and heat, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring once.
Stir in cornstarch blended with broth, sherry and soy sauce; heat 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring once.
Top with sesame seeds.
