Editors Review

If you love beef and you love broccoli then watch this video to learn how to make a really easy Korean style beef with broccoli stir-fry. The secret to the best beef and broccoli is to blanch the marinated beef in hot oil to seal in the juices then stir fry it with broccoli and vegetables on a high flame. The veggies turn crisp and the beef cooks tender and moist. The sauce is sweet and spicy and goes perfectly with the beef and broccoli. This is a great high protein, low carb dish to make on busy work nigh
