Beef With Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound boneless steak, cut into thin strips | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Broccoli flowerets | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Toasted sesame seeds | ||
Directions
Heat oil in 12x8-inch dish at HIGH 2 minutes.
Stir in beef, garlic and ginger.
Cook at HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes; stir twice.
Add broccoli.
Cook, covered with plastic wrap, at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp tender; stir once.
Blend cornstarch with broth, sherry and soy sauce until smooth.
Stir into beef mixture.
Cook at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir once.
Top with sesame seeds.

Add broccoli.
