Beef With Bean Thread Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Wine | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bean thread | 4 Ounce | |
| Flank steak | 1/2 pound | |
| Oil | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger slice | 1 , shredded | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Stock | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Green onion stalks | 4 , shredded |
Directions
1. Marinate beef for 30 minutes.
2. Soak bean thread noodles for 10-15 minutes in warm water.
3. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger, stirring for 10 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. Drain bean thread noodles.
5. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok and stir in bean thread noodles, stirring for 10-15 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and stir for 1 minute. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
