1 cup celery chopped

2 cups broth
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a pan. Add beef and cook it. Then add other ingredients, water, beef broth and bring it to a boil. Close it with a lid and let it simmer for 2 hours. Add some salt and pepper to it.
