Beef Vegetable Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| 1 cup finely chopped peeled cooked potatoes | ||
| 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cooked beets | ||
| 2 tablespoons bottled hamburger relish | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Mix ground beef lightly with onion, potatoes, beets, relish, egg, evaporated milk, salt and pepper until well-blended; shape into 6 patties about 1 inch thick.
2. Pan-fry over medium heat in butter or margarine for 8 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it.
