Beef up your chicken Stock Recipe
Ingredients
| Water or chicken broth | 4 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Thyme sprig | 2 | |
| Parsley sprigs | 6 | |
| Black peppercorns | 6 |
Directions
1. Combine stock, garlic, thyme, parsley and pepper in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Strain before using.
