Beef Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| 1/2 oz. brown gravy mix | ||
| Stalk celery | 1 | |
| Carrot onion | 1 | |
| Macaroni | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1 | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Grease a casserole with butter and saute ground beef by cooking 2 minutes stirring to break up pieces.
Pour gravy mix over beef.
Cook 2 minutes.
Stir and cook 2 more minutes.
Mix together finely sliced celery, thinly sliced carrot, macaroni, sliced green pepper, tomatoes (with juice), water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Cook, covered, 30 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and return to the oven 2 minutes.
Pour gravy mix over beef.
Cook 2 minutes.
