Beef Tomato Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 beef cube steaks, cut in strips | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, separated into rings | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 envelope beef-flavored mushroom soup mix | ||
| Tomato | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Dry red wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot cooked noodles | ||
Directions
In skillet quickly cook steak strips and onion in butter or margarine till tender.
Add water and dry mushroom soup mix; simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in tomato and wine; heat through.
