Beef Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sirloin steak | 175 Gram, cut into thin strips | |
| Grated ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef Stock | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornflour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Spring onion, to garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a frying pan, heat the oil until very hot, stir the steak fast in the hot oil to brown all over evenly.
2) Move the steak towards the side of the pan; saute the ginger, onion and garlic for 3 min.
3) Blend the soy sauce, stock, cornflour, brown sugar, salt and pepper together; stir into the pan, allow to the boil and simmer for about 3 min.
SERVING
4) Garnish with the spring onion, and serve on a nice dish with mange tout.
