Ingredients

 Sharp cheddar cheese4 Ounce
 Head of lettuce1 Small, cored
 Tomatoes2 Medium, quartered
 Onion1 Medium, quartered
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 1 pound boneless beef chuck, gristle and excess fat removed
 Chili powder2 Teaspoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 12 packaged taco shells
 Bottled taco sauce

Directions

Insert shredding disk in work bowl; shred cheddar cheese.
Remove and set aside.
Insert slicing disk in work bowl.
Cut lettuce into wedges to fit feed tube; slice lettuce.
Remove and set aside.
Place steel blade in work bowl; add tomatoes.
Process with 1 or 2 on/off turns just til! chopped.
Remove and set aside.
Reinsert steel blade in work bowl; add onion and garlic.
Process till chopped; remove to skillet.
Reinsert steel blade in work bowl.
Cut the meat into 1-inch pieces.
Place half of the meat in work bowl; process till chopped.
Add to onion mixture in skillet.
Repeat with remaining meat.
Cook meat, onion, and garlic till meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.
Season with chili powder and salt.
Fill each taco shell with some of the meat mixture, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
Pass bottled taco sauce to drizzle atop
