 Large onions- 3
 Large green peppers- 3
 Lean ground beef1 pound
 Tomato puree1 Can (10oz)
 Parsley1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Long grain rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Tomato1
 Chicken stock2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by peeling the onions and trimming the ends, cut the side of the onions , reserve the centre
2. Now cut the centers into 1/2 inch slices and set aside, also slice the peppers

MAKING
3. Combine the ground beef, 1/4 of the can of tomato puree, parsley, rice, salt and pepper, also stuff the pepper and onion cups
5. In a 13x9x2-inch baking pan, place the peppers and onions, add chicken stock and pour the remaining tomato puree
6. Finally cover with foil

SERVING
7. Serve as a side dish with beef, meat, chicken
