3 large sweet green peppers, cut in half lengthwise
 
1 lb. ground beef
 
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
 
1 egg, slightly beaten
 
1 small onion, finely chopped
 
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1/3 cup water

Directions

1. Place peppers in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except water, in medium bowl; mix well. Spoon meat mixture into green pepper halves. Pour water in bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROA
