Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
| Flank steak | 2 | |
| Onion soup mix envelope | 1 | |
| 1 10 3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| 1 1/2 cups sour cream, room temperature | ||
| Freshly cooked noodles or rice | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Cut steak lengthwise into thirds and then crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
Combine meat, onion soup mix and mushroom soup in 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
Stir some of sauce into sour cream.
Blend into meat mixture.
Spoon over noodles or rice.
