 Sirloin steak2 Pound, cut into strips
 Mushrooms2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onions2 Medium, sliced
 4 teaspoons or cubes beef bouillon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Catsup2 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Red wine2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In 2 or 2 1/2 -quart casserole, combine steak, mushrooms, onions, bouillon and flour; mix well.
Stir in catsup, mustard, salt and water.
Cook covered, 8 minutes or until meat is desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream; serve over rice or noodles.
