 Lean beef3 Ounce, cubed
 Margarine1 Teaspoon
 1/2 onion, cut into large pieces
 Garlic1/4 Teaspoon, minced
 2 tsp mushroom, pieces
 Condensed cream of mushroom soup1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tsp low-calorie sour cream
 Ketchup1 Teaspoon
 Dash Worcestershire sauce, ground bay leaf
 Salt, pepper
 Noodles1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Brown beef cubes in margarine.
Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
Cook over low heat until onion is partially cooked; remove from beat.
Combine condensed soup, sour cream, ketchup, and seasonings; blend well.
Pour over beef mixture; beat thoroughly.
Do not boil.
