Beef Stroganoff Recipe

| 1/2 onion, cut into large pieces | ||

| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Dash Worcestershire sauce, ground bay leaf | ||

| Noodles | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Brown beef cubes in margarine.
Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
Cook over low heat until onion is partially cooked; remove from beat.
Combine condensed soup, sour cream, ketchup, and seasonings; blend well.
Pour over beef mixture; beat thoroughly.
Do not boil.
