Directions

GETTING READY
1.Chop all the vegetables into thin long strips.
2.Slice the beef in thin long strips.
3.In a cup, add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garam masala powder and red wine. Give it a stir.
4.In a quarter cup of water, mix in the corn starch so that it dissolves well.

MAKING
5.Heat a wok and add the vegetable oil in it.
6.When the oil starts to smoke, add the beef to it.
7.Stir fry it until the meat changes color and it is cooked through.
8.Add the vegetables to it and start stirring the mixture.
9.As the vegetables start to change color, cover the wok and let it cook for 3 minutes until steam starts to escape from the sides.
10.Take off the lid, stir and add the sauce.
11.Let it come to a boil stirring continuously.
12.Stir the corn starch mixture, and add it to the stir fry.
13.Within a couple of minutes, the sauce shall thicken and the dish is done.

SERVING
14.Serve with white steamed rice.
