Beef Stew Part 1 Recipe Video

Her's a basic beef stew. The ingredients are basic but not the taste. Its delicious. Make a big pot of stew and enjoy it for one or more than one meal. Simple ingredients yet awesome to taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients

 
Brisket Pot Roast, boneless slices
 
Pepper
 
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
 
2 tbsp Bovril
 
2 cans tomatoes
 
2 celery sticks roughly chopped
 
2 onions roughly chopped
 
2 carrots roughly chopped
 
Cooking oil
 
4-5 Potatoes
 
2 tbsp paprika
 
3-4 Dill

Directions

Chop the beef to 1 inch cubes.
In a deep pan, warm up some oil, put half of the beef cubes and cook until they are brown. Take them out and brown the 2nd batch of meat. Add fresh crushed pepper to the meat. Once the 2nd batch of meat is browned mix up all the meat in the pan.
Add the vegetables to the meat and then add tomatoes of 1 can.
Take 2 tbsp of Bovril and add 2 cups of water to it. Pour it in the meat pot.
Add 1 tsp garlic paste and give a stir to all the ingredients.
Then add 1/2 can of tomatoes to the pot. Start boiling the stew.
