Beef Stew Burgundy Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes | ||

| Stock | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Nutritional yeast | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 t thyme, oregano and vege-salt | ||
| 1 lb small white onions | ||
Directions
Brown meat in oil.
Add garlic, sliced onion, vegetable stock, and wine; simmer covered for 2-1 /2 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the nutritional yeast, seasonings, small onions, and more wine if needed.
