Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, braise the beef on medium high for 5-10 minutes.
2. Add the beef to the crockpot.
3. Add pepper, parsley, onion powder, oregano, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Add potatoes, celery and onions.
5. Next, add the seasoned flour and water and stir.
6. Let this cook in the crockpot overnight.
7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
8. Open crockpot and add peas and let it cook for another hour.

FINALIZING
9. Ladle into a bowl and garnish with sour cream and parsley.

SERVING
10. Serve hot as an appetizer.
