Beef Steaks with green onion Sauce Recipe

6 frozen chopped beef steaks
 
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
4 green onions, trimmed and chopped
 
1/2 cup chopped parsley
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon leaf marjoram, crumbled
 
1/4 teaspoon cracked or coarse grind pepper

Directions

1. Saute' steaks on both sides, following label directions, in butter or margarine in a large skillet; remove to hot platter, overlapping steaks; keep warm while making sauce.
2. Saute'green onions in drippings in skillet until soft; stir in parsley, salt, marjoram and pepper; heat just until bubbling. Pour down center of steaks. Frame with broccoli spears and pan-browned or mashed potatoes, if you wish.
