Beef Steaks and Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 4 beef cubed steaks (about 4 ounces each) | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 jar (16 ounces) whole baby carrots, drained, | ||
| Onion | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Parsley flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary leaves | 1/8 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat beef with flour mixture.
Heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Cook beef in oil until brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered until carrots are hot, about 5 minutes
