Beef Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 1/2 cups condensed onion soup | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons instant mashed potato | ||
| Mushrooms | 8 Ounce, sliced | |
| Dash of allspice | ||
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Bread slice | 6 , toasted | |
Directions
Pour salad oil in a casserole, heat 2 minutes.
Fry beef, celery and onion in the casserole and cook 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add onion soup, water, catsup, mushrooms and mashed potato and stir well.
Sprinkle with allspice and chili powder.
Stir again briefly.
Cook 8 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
Switch oven off, cover casserole and let stand 310 minutes.
To serve, cut toasted bread in half and serve beef on the slices.
